Blackforest

The Blackforest Chantilly filled cake is the mouth watering cake after an indulgent Christmas dinner.  Can serve from 6 large portions and up.  Two delicious layers of Fresh Cream, with or without the Black Cherry jam on a light Italian chocolate sponge.  Encased in Chantilly Fresh Cream and finished with fresh fruit.  The Christmas cake this season will be finished with freshly make ginger bread men and chocolate Christmas decorations.
